Labor protest. Neil advised a labor union on how to coordinate a legal defense for hundreds of members arrested during a labor dispute with a multinational corporation. Neil coordinated the team of lawyers, wrote the briefs for the team, argued the joint motions and defended some individual defendants, including the union’s president.
